Hey Gallas, Don't Blame Clichy, It's Adebayors Fault... again!!

Right, first off, Taylor should not get away with his horror tackle by just being handed a 3 match ban.

Arsene has spoken before about the way that teams try and shake Arsenal up possibly leading to a serious injury, and here you are.

It's not too dissimilar to what happened to Diaby a couple of seasons ago against Sunderland, and I'm sure that leg breaks like this on Arsenal players will continue to happen sooner or later if people think that the most they will get is a 3 match ban.

I mean, of course the guy is going to plead innocent and of course all his fellow players and manager will give him the best character reference in the world

So what else is new?

Anyway, the game showed something that need fixing, because Adebayor is still doing stupid things.

Yeah, I will admit, he has been playing about 10 times better recently. He's been scoring the goals and has actually managed to complete some decent passes and not wreck a huge amount of build up play.

But...

The way he didn't pass to Bendtner was ludicrous. Replays show him looking up as he ran towards goal, then after he missed, you can lip read him telling Bendtner "sorry, I didn't see you"

Now what's up with that!?

If Gallas wants to openly put the blame on someone, he should look at Adebayor and his selfishness that kept Birmingham in the game.

Wenger needs to get those two together and tell them to stop being such a couple of big kids.

If Cole and Sheringham can play well together without talking to each other, then so can these two. Who cares who's better between them!? They should play for the team.

Right now, I still keep remembering Thierry and how he used to get so many assists. I'm pretty certain that if he was in the same position, the ball would have been squared 10 times out of 10.

If Adebayor wants to replace Thierry, then he should try looking at his assists as well as his goals.

I HAVE SAID THIS BE4 NOT ON THIS FORUM AND I WILL SAY IT AGAIN. ADEBAYOR IS BEGINNING TO BELIEVE ALL THE RUBBISH BEIGN WRITTEN ABOUT HIM IN THE PRESS. HOW IN HEAVENS NAME DID HE NOT SQUARE THE BALL TO BENDTNER WHEN HE WAS BETTER PLACED BEGGARS BELIEF. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE GALLAS WAS JOKING WITH HIM AFTER THAT MISS WONDER HOW HIS REACTION WOULD HAVE BEEN IF IT WAS BENTNER WHO HAD MADE SUCH AN ERRONEOUS MISTAKE. WE ARE GETTING CLOSE TO THE BUSINESS END OF THE SEASON AND BELIEVE ME WE NEED VAN PERSIE BACK. THE PASS BY ADEBAYOR TO FABS THAT NEVER CAME OFF AGAINST AC MILAN, HIS BUNGLED HEADER AGAINST THE BAR IN THE SAME GAME, AND HIS GREEDINESS IN FRONT OG GOAL ALL POINTS TO OUR NEED FOR ROSICKY AND VAN PERSIE

all this is getting to his head ,he should stop caring so much about goals cos if he gets the assist they wont be so much of a need for adebayor to score and the goals will come anyway

If Henry was in that position and Reyes was running next to him he would never have passed!!!

I agree he should have passed but if you watch again you will notice that at the point he looks up Bentner is well behind the play. He storms forward after. Yes Ade cd have looked again maybe. But whatever happened to calling, it's not like it would have jeopardised the move. Almost like Bentner wanted to have the injustice of not having Ade pass to him.
Most guilty of costing us points is the ref. 2 decisions for their only real shots on goal were both catergorically wrong. Not giving pen for tug on Ade's shirt. Wrong.

Totally agree. Adebayor is not a natural goal scorer nor is he anywhere near being a decent centre forward. He doesn't have a nose for goal, can't pass and his first touches are usually absolute rubbish. It's just that he's fast else he probably wouldn't be able to collect the ball after badly controlling it in the first place. He takes too many shots to score a goal and that selfish display against b'ham proves he can be such a liability. Maybe it's my frustration speaking now but I can't help it, I've always thot of him as a bungling clown.

Adebayor must learn to play as a team and pass.
Wenger is a good manager but he must know by
now that to sub young for old is not a good idea in the last minute of the game and if he has to than go for the new younger talent he has acquaired in January.

1) SELL ADEBAYOR, ARSENAL IS NOW RICH SO BUY ESTABLISHED BEST PLAYERS IN THE SUMMER!
2) BRING BACK VAN PERSIE AND ROSICKY NOW! THERE ARE ONLY 11 GAMES LEFT, EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT READY 100% AND GET INJURY AGAIN IN THE NEXT 2-3 GAMES, IT IS STILL WORTH THE TRY BECAUSE WE CAN WIN THE PREMIER LEAGUE AND THEN ALL THE PLAYERS CAN REST AND GO FOR VACATION!
